FAQs
What's the difference between the splatter party and the splatter experience?
The Splatter Party is held in the VIP room and includes two crafts (splatter and alcohol ink tile); use of the VIP room; and a party host. With the party, you can bring in food, drinks and other items to celebrate.

The Splatter experience is one hour start to finish and only includes the splatter room. It doesn't allow cupcakes, cakes or a table in the main studio. If you're interested in that, let us know so you can reserve a table in the main studio for an additional fee. Also, the splatter experience has a limited number of spots.

For younger guests and parties, we will replace the alcohol ink tile with a simple small canvas for them to paint. It's really important to make sure that you have clothes that you don't mind getting paint on (and maybe not off). Our paints are washable out of most fabrics but we can't guarantee that they won't get paint on them, despite the protective gear we provide. For littles, it's best if you bring a change of clothes in case they aren't interested in putting on ponchos (some kiddos don't like it!).
How do I book a party?
Only our team can officially book the party in our reservation system. To start, email sanantonio@pinspiration.com with the information for your party.
-
Two dates/times that you'd like
-
Type of party and number of participants
-
Age of the party guest of honor
-
Any other items you'd like added (30 minutes, glow, cupcakes, stencils, etc.)

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the details and availability with you via email and send you the $100 nonrefundable deposit link. When you pay the deposit, your party will be added to our reservation system and you will get the formal email confirmation confirming your party.

How early can I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the party.
What's the age for the splatter parties? Or other parties?
Our splatter parties are good for all ages. If the kids are under 5, please let us know since we may need to make them a special "station" since little ones might not be able to follow our splatter rules (no mixing of paints, only throwing the paint in the room).
For crafting parties, we will make sure the crafts are age appropriate so please let us know if there are young ones.
Can parents stay?
Our VIP room does have limited capacity so we do recommend drop off for participants. If someone does decide to stay, we ask that they don't interrupt studio operations and other customers in the studio.
Should I add in the extra 30 minutes?
That's entirely up to you. Our parties are built with the craft times in mind. If you choose to bring in food, then we will need to adjust the craft times to accommodate that.
What happens if someone arrives late?
Because of the traffic on 1604, we do recommend you remind your guests so they can arrive on time. We will wait a few minutes for any stragglers then start the party. If someone shows up late for a splatter party, we will do whatever we can to try to accommodate them.
Can I decorate?
Sure you can! But we find that people don't really need to in our VIP room. If you choose to bring in any special items, please keep in mind that you have about 10 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to clean up after the party ends.
